Position summary:

As the Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling MyndVR’s virtual reality platform to the largest and most prominent Long Term Post-Acute organizations, including Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing, within your territory. You will be helping these organizations to address isolation and depression by providing state-of-the-art virtual reality experiences designed only for the aging population.  You will work closely with top executives to introduce and expand the adoption of MyndVR’s technology.

We are seeking a candidate with hunger, a desire to grow, excellent communication skills and an interest in accelerating their career in healthcare IT sales. The successful candidate will join our exceptional Sales team and will be responsible for finding and growing new business. The successful candidate must be comfortable growing and maintaining an active pipeline, identifying market trends and conditions, and help design and execute the sales plan to address short-term hotspots and long-term strategic goals.


Who you'll work with:

The qualified candidate will report to our VP of Sales and will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Inside Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product experts. Our culture is collaborative and we’re looking for a Sales Professional who is great at building external and internal relationships.



  • Create Pipeline. You must build and keep a pipeline of opportunities equal to or exceeding 3X your quarterly quota.

  • Drive Sales Cycle. Must be able to consult with clients, show them the value of MyndVR products and move the client through the sales process to a successful close.

  • Become a Value-Add Partner. We sell successfully when viewed by our clients as a partner, not a vendor.

  • Meet Quarterly Targets. Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.

  • Be Strategic. Develop strategic territory business plans for your top target accounts.

  • Utilize CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates

  • Communicate. Have the ability to communicate and articulate the status or your deals; the risks, the obstacles, the compelling event, the customer’s buying process, the competition, our differentiation.

  • Sense of Urgency. We work to close business every month - not just the last day of a quarter.



  • A proven sales hunter and closer

  • 5+ years of outside enterprise sales experience in the LTPAC industry

  • Proven track record of sales excellence

  • Knowledge of LTPAC:  Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing and Independent Living

  • Be able to work independently & as part of a team in a fast pace, rapid change environment

  • Superior professional presence and business acumen

  • Experience selling at the "C" level and VP
